About Me & Myself
Hi, I am KS Tan. Welcome to my blog. I am from Penang,
Malaysia and have over 20 years of sales experience in b2b and b2c. Holds an
MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pure Mathematics, I has also been awarded PDIN
(National Industry Expert) , PNOSS (Panel of National Occupational skill
standard) by JPK & a certified HRDF trainer (TTT/7450).
In my corporate life, i involve myself in business
development environment ( SME & big corporation ) more than 15years. I have
been work as sales manager, marketing manager and have direct experience
in sales management , branding management, advertising strategy ,
personal development and leadership.
Apart of these “business
hard skills”, the company culture, leadership issue, importance of soft skills
can affect the performance of a company. The “fitness” of employee is also the main
reason affected company performance.
This passion has also motivated me for more than 10 years to
embark in research in both areas. I
learned, practised and got advice from the industry expert and I have studied
and done research on more than 300 references.
