Training System
SME management training has three conditions:
The worst state is not training. Such enterprises today
have very little, less and less in the future. The reason is simple, no
training, companies cannot survive in the future.
Secondly, although there is training, but there is no
training system, there is no staff management, training and sometimes when not,
on and off. Investigation "boss consultant" R & D Center showed
that a large number of such enterprises, accounting for 3/4 of the total number
of SMEs.
Really organized, systematic training of management of
enterprises do less than 10%.
Emphasis on training and training investment can bring
better business results, this should be an easy thing to understand. Like
fighting in the war, an army without training , how to win the war?
Those companies that do not agree with training have a few
opinions :
- Unable to use working time for training.
- Many bosses would have speculative mentality, that we would hire a talent when we advertise vacancy with a high salary.
- After training, the well trained staff would resign and jump to other companies.
