Entry barriers - the “fitness" of our staff  & company culture

If we analyse from the above , there is one more market entry barrier – the employee itself.
If you are a commander and you have an army team, the weapon can make the difference, the strategy made can make the difference. However, it’s the army itself to executive the strategy.
Can the army fit in terms of physical or mental skills ? Do we have a system to make our army fit at any time ?

 In my personal opinion, business is as war. In business, the “fitness“ of employee is also the key strategy and asset to be leading in any competition. Entrepreneur can be multitasking, find lead , close sales, but, eventually, the team will spur and expand the company.
